Once a week, skip that yummy cup of coffee at Dunn Bros or Caribou and
put that money in the Food Shelf box.
Spend extra time with your family
Turn off the TV for 24 hours
Clean out your closet
Do another’s chore for a day (spouse, child, co-worker, friend, neighbor)
Tell God your doubts
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 5 minutes a day
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 10 minutes a day
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 15 minutes a day
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 20 minutes a day
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 25 minutes a day
Grab your bible, be still, and chill out with God for 30 minutes a day
Give your time to others – soup kitchen, meals on wheels, food shelf, etc.
Attend worship
Try to exercise more
Choose healthier foods
Be nice to someone you don’t like
Forgive someone who has hurt you
Send a message (email or letter) to someone with whom you have lost contact.
